Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to introduce ourselves.
I'm Robyn Wall, the Owner and Manager of ProServe Automotive. My "job description" includes warmly greeting you as you walk through our doors, answering phones, running errands, and doing all the other innumerable little things required to run a business. Sorry if I miss seeing you in person, as I'm often on site from 10 to 3.
I'm Dean Wall, your ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified automotive technician. I have over 35 years of experience fixing cars and am well qualified to do all types of automotive repair and maintenance. I especially enjoy doing alignments and brakes. In fact, I'm a perfectionist when it comes to alignments - I work hard to get them as close to perfect as possible. I also have adapters to do custom chrome rims without scratching them, along with larger than normal rims.
Our goal here at ProServe Automotive is to help you protect and preserve your automotive investment, therefore we like to stress how important it is to keep up with your manufacturer's suggested routine maintenance. This can be found in your owners manual, or we can print a copy off for you here at the shop.
We believe in running our business with honesty and integrity. We believe in treating all people, (and their vehicles) with dignity and respect, and we try to provide a clean, friendly atmosphere for our customers enjoyment and comfort.
